At Vargiel, all items are final sale.
The following reason can be returned for a exchange or store credit in the form of a Vargiel Gift Card.
- Lost/Missing Parcel
Return Options: Exchange or Store Credit
Processing Time
- Customer must report a missing/lost parcel within 5 days, the submission window to start a exchange or store credit will be closed.
- Once your parcel is declared lost, your exchange or store credit will be issued within 7 days.
- Store credit is issued as a Vargiel Gift Card via website - it never expires and can be used on any future order.
