Refund policy

At Vargiel, we’ve made returns simple. Eligible items can be returned for an exchange  or store credit in the form of a Vargiel Gift Card.

Exchanges are granted exclusively in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective. To initiate a claim, please contact us at info@vargiel.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number along with clear images of the issue.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, pet hair, or scent.
  • Tags must be attached.
  • Items returned in non-sellable condition will not qualify for credit or exchange.

We encourage you to review our size guide and product details carefully prior to placing your order.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
