Shipping policy

Vargiel aims to dispatch all orders within less than 1 week of receipt. Please note that processing times may vary during periods of high demand or limited production availability.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

For international orders, import duties and taxes are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we kindly ask that you provide a secure and reliable shipping address. Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

Vargiel is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery. If your delivery location may be unattended, we recommend selecting an address where someone can receive the parcel, such as a workplace or trusted recipient, or utilizing secure delivery options such as parcel lockers or collection points where available.

Please note that once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for missing parcels.
